Contact Us
This site is an email-only guide to the Tasman Glacier boat tour and the day trips that reach Aoraki / Mount Cook. The mailbox is info@tasmanglacierboattour.com. Nothing here is booked, sold or run by this site.
What To Write About
Write in with a price that looks wrong, a fact on a day trip card that contradicts the booking page, or a booking page that no longer exists. Boat facts matter too: if a detail on this site looks out of date against the operator's own page, say so. Press and partnership questions also go to the same mailbox, info@tasmanglacierboattour.com.
To make a correction useful, include three things:
- The name of the trip or the boat tour detail in question.
- What you expected to see and what you saw instead.
- A return address so the reply can reach you.
Corrections with those three pieces can be checked and fixed without a long exchange of emails.
What The Site Cannot Do
This site runs no tours and handles no bookings or payments, so there is a short list of things it simply cannot act on:
- Change or cancel a booking of any kind.
- Issue a refund or check the status of a payment.
- Book or change the Glacier Explorers boat trip, or confirm whether a boat is running.
- Pass a message to a tour operator on your behalf.
Emails asking for these will get a reply pointing to the right place, but no action can be taken from this side.
Where To Take Booking Problems
For a day trip, the booking platform where you booked is the place to start: it holds your order, your payment and its cancellation terms. For the Glacier Explorers boat trip, contact the operator directly. The operator, The Hermitage, runs and sells the boat trip itself, takes bookings by its own website, phone or email, and is the only party that can reschedule a boat, confirm a departure or refund a cancelled trip. This site earns nothing from the boat and has no access to its systems.
The Address
Send plain text to info@tasmanglacierboattour.com. Do not send payment details, copies of ID or booking confirmations; none are needed to report an error or ask a question, and keeping them out of email is safer for everyone. A short note naming the trip and the problem is enough to start.
